- 50g Glass noodles (Soun)
- 2 Hard-boiled eggs (Telur rebus)
- 1 medium Fresh carrots (Wortel)
- 50g White mushrooms (Jamur kuping)
- 3 Shallots (Bawang merah)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Bawang putih)
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg (Pala bubuk)
- 1/4 tsp Pepper (Lada)
- 500ml Low-sodium chicken broth (Kaldu ayam)
- 1 tsp Soy sauce (Kecap asin) - optional
- 1 stalk Spring onions (Daun bawang)
