  • 1 stalk Lemongrass (Smashed)
  • 1 thumb-sized piece Turmeric (Fresh, peeled)

  • 2 cloves Garlic (Bawang putih)
  • 1 medium Tomato (Diced)
  • 1/2 tsp Low-sodium salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil (Can use coconut oil)
