- 2 leaves Kaffir lime leaves (daun jeruk)
- 3, minced Shallots (bawang merah)
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic (bawang putih)
- 1/2 tsp White pepper (lada putih)
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil (minyak goreng)
